★ RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Calling all appointments on the calendar at the EXACT time of their scheduled call
- Qualify and take a consultative approach with prospects
- Keep organized, reliable data in CRM
- Close Deals
★ QUALIFICATIONS
-No degree required. Just passion and hustle!
-Ability and aptitude to learn and improve
-2+ years of inside sales experience selling on the phone (video conferencing is a plus).
-Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
-Experience with any sales CRM (Infusionsoft is a plus)

Summary
I'm looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented with excellent written communication skills
to be a virtual assistant. This is not an entry-level assistant position. You MUST have at least 2 years experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant for a business owner. Expect to get several requests/day from me, many of which include tasks that must be done that day. You'll handle my business and personal details, including scheduling, customer service requests uploading blog posts, ordering groceries,and making personal appointments. This is a part-time role, starting between 10-20 hours per month. Depending on how we work together, this could increase to more hours per month. It's also remote, so you can work anywhere in the United States / during California business hours. We communicate via email, slack, and phone.

About the Role
As a Product Manager at AutomationClinic, you will own the strategy and vision for AutomationClinic products and services from conception to release whilst driving the complete product life-cycle. You will have an active role in initiating, creating and managing AutomationClinics core products, whilst supporting our continuous growth and high demand from our global customers.
What You’ll Own
* Proactively manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to product release
* Develop product strategies and road-maps
* Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that our customers' needs are met
* Work closely with the Product Design team to produce medium fidelity mock-ups and wire-frames
* Identify our customers' needs and opportunities through data, interviews, and research
* Collect and analyze market requirements
* Ensure deadlines are constantly being met
What You Need to Succeed
* 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience
* Experience with SaaS and/or Complex Systems
* Technical degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent practical experience
* Experience in a B2B tech startup.
* Experience managing a complete product life-cycle, from conception to release.
* Both inbound and outbound Product Management experience.
* Knowledge and understanding of UI and UX principles.
* Strong business and technical orientation.
* Experience with data driven decision making.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
* Proven success in working across an organization with different teams and departments.
* Ability to learn quickly and independently.

About the Role
We are looking for: A Support Specialist with focus on customer success. As part of our support team, you'll reach out to new users in their first few days to help take user experience from good to amazing! You'll identify customers' goals, work to proactively answer any questions that come up, and educate users on how to get the most out of our software.
What You’ll Own
*Proactive Outreach: Welcome new users to Shogun. We use Intercom and Front to handle most of our support.
*Boost Retention: Help customers accomplish their goals with Shogun Page Builder.
*Troubleshooting: Help users overcome their difficulties with the software, while escalating major issues to technical support.
*Communication: Collaborate with the rest of the team on ideas for improving user experience through amazing support and outreach.
*Maintaining Coverage: Help our support team and users by covering certain “time blocks,” during which you will be on live chat and email for when our users write in.
What You Need to Succeed:
*3+ years of experience doing customer support for a USA based tech company, ideally a software company.
*Excellent communication and writing skills. Absolute fluency in English is required.
*Have a great attitude and desire to help people 🙂
*Stable high-speed internet connection and web camera (for weekly team meetings and training sessions)
*Experience building a website with WordPress is great!
NOTE: This position is for a full-time remote contractor position. We have a fully distributed global team.
